Today, We’re Celebrating a Small Win

Today, we’re celebrating a small win that honestly put a lot into perspective.

Lila placed 3rd at a pitch event this week — even though I wasn’t able to be there in person. The organizers shared our demo on my behalf, and the judges genuinely connected with it. It was unexpected, simple, and exactly the reminder I needed.

A Win That Meant More Than It Looked

This wasn’t about pitching or polishing or high-pressure performance. It was about something quieter:

People liked what we’re building.

They understood the value of an AI stylist — the idea that you can upload your vibe, describe your event, and get styled in a way that actually feels personal.

It’s funny how easy it is to forget that when you’re deep in the weeds.

Putting Things Into Perspective

This little win reminded me that:

  • things are good enough where they are

  • the foundation is solid

  • our story is landing

  • and we just need to keep going

No big epiphany. No dramatic moment. Just a quiet nudge that we’re heading in the right direction.

And honestly? That’s exciting.

Why This Matters

Momentum often shows up in small, gentle ways. A text from a friend saying, “Congrats, you placed!” A demo that speaks for itself. A moment where the work behind the scenes gets a little spotlight.

Today, we’re celebrating because it’s coming together — piece by piece — and this win helped me see it.

More to come. 💜
